With a host of convenient and intuitive features, Task-O-Matic is an easy and enjoyable task list organizer. For each item you can enter task information, and see the information of any item in your list by simply moving the mouse over it (a tool tip help will pop up containing your description), or click on the Show Task Information button to expand the list item to include the information box.

Task-O-Matic has eleven different priority levels, allowing you to fully prioritise your tasks easily. The software even allows for date based task items, where Task-O-Matic will calculate the priority of the item automatically, raising the priority as the date approaches.

Each task item can have a file associated with it. This means, while reviewing your task list you can go directly to a file associated with a particular task. One task might be to finish a report, just click the Go To File Now button to open the report and start instantly!

Date Information contains:

• Date to be completed by

• Days to complete task 

• Days carried out on (weekdays, weekends or both)

Task-O-Matic also contains great features that make accessing, manipulating and sharing your lists easy and enjoyable. These include:

• Print features allow you to print in color or black and white.
• Export to Web Page allows you to share your lists with others in a universally recognisable format, as well as post your lists onto the Internet.
• Highly intuitive and interactive interface allows you to add and manipulate your list with ease.
• Always-On-Top mode allows you to keep your list on top so you can refer to it, or copy and paste information to your list, while working in another program.
• Ability to create lists of files can readily be used to create reference lists to documents, or MP3 song lists. Any document can instantly be opened or played by clicking the Go to file now button.
• The ability to have Task-O-Matic generate and display a list of all your lists in a certain directory. This is a great feature to browse your lists, Task-O-Matic even arranges your lists according to the date you last modified them. Task-O-Matic can be set to show this list index when started, making it even easier for you to have instant access to your lists!

Priority Lamps These handy dandy devices let you know what the priority of a task item is. They visually change depending on the priority, with items of extreme priority and missed date based tasks flashing to draw your attention.

Show Remote Click here to show or hide the Task-O-Matic Remote. For normal use you would rarely need the remote, but it is instantly available any time you do

Completed Items Completed Items are automatically marked with the date, and moved to the bottom of your list.

Status Bar Position your mouse over any item to get more information about it here.

Freely Resizable Make your list as wide or as tall as you want.

Skins Make Task-O-Matic look like you want with Skins. You can even design your own!

Integral Scroll Bar Scroll around your list with the scroll bar.

Control Bar The Control Bar gives you fast access to common functions.

The Task-O-Matic Remote Gives you immediate access to common features and functions.

Easily Export Completed Items You can simply click the Export button to have the items marked as completed automatically saved in a separate completed items list.
