• Want to distribute your new sounds easily? Well with SoundScape Simple Setup you CAN! This program is easy to setup, and offers your Users a simple, clean and quick way to setup your sound in their software. They can even run it again to UNinstall the sound!

With SoundScape Simple Setup you can distribute your SoundScapes easily! After Seting up the INI, just distribute the program with your sound and INI, and all Users have to do is double click on the setup program! There is even a Wizard to help you setup your INI! Can it get any better???!!!?? Huh???!!! Can It ?!??!??!??

Well it Can... You get to SPECIFY the name of your SoundScape! As the SoundScape file does not contain the name of the SoundScape (unlike WristApps), the User usually has to guess it from the 8.3 format Filename, very inconvenient!

You can also add a comment (up to two lines long) at the end of the Setup routine. This can display such things as your name, or your web site, or additional instructions, etc...

To make use of this program just download a copy and create a shortcut to the program. Right-Click on the shortcut, open the Properties, and change the Target by adding a " /E" on the end. Remember to add a space before the slash, such that the shortcut should look something like:

"C:\Program Files\sndsetup\sndsetup.exe" /E

This shortcut when started will now start the Setup Wizard of the SoundScape Simple Setup program. (Not that you could not just open the INI up and edit the text directly, as the format is relatively obvious)

When you finish and save your INI, the path and filename will be entered into rhe windows clipboard as a measure of convenience (I always find such things handy). You can then easily attach the INI to emails etc...
