PIM Saver hit a bug with the "Calendar - This Month Only" Module (not the "Calendar - This Week On" Module). This resulted in the module not displaying the month, but showing a blank screen instead. This bug, which was related to the first day of the month landing on the Sunday (no, not a Y2K issue... sheesh, will you people give it up). This bug has been fixed and a new build uploaded. Site link and information has also been updated in the program.

This software is THE most useful Datalink Companion Software you could ever imagine!

What this software does is extract all the bits of information you are currently entering into all the separate parts of your Datalink Software. It then displays that information in a useable, usefull format as a Screen Saver. That means every time the Screen Saver comes up you can have it tell you when your next appointment is! It has many modules, each displaying information unique to YOU. Modules include:

You can use the above to compile your own personal module playlist, any number of modules can be added to the playlist. The program cycles through the modules, returning to the beginning when the end is reached.

Configuration Screen

I have not provided here any full screenshots, as the software has many screens, all of which reflect your personal information. Below is a segment of the upper right of the screen, displaying the next scheduled appointment:

The program can show Timezone 1, Timezone 2, or both timezones at once. The display is accurate and updated constantly while the information is on display:

The Calendar highlights the current day, showing appointments and anniversaries for each day. (FYI: It can only display one event per day, and Anniversaries take priority.) You can choose to display the current month, or alternatively display from the current week to as many weeks as your screen resolution will accommodate. It has been written to create its own INI file, and will prompt you for the location of your Datalink Software when first run. It does not have to be copied to the Windows directory to be installed, though this will bring the Screen Saver up on the Windows Screen Saver list. To set the software as your chosen Screen Saver without copying to your system directory just unzip the program to a directory and right-click and choose "Install" (Note that this will not actually install anything, it will just set the software as the current screensaver). You can configure the Screen Saver by right-clicking on it and choosing "Configure", or by going into the Display properties, and clicking on the "Settings" button under the Screen Savers section.

You can make the software accessable through the Display Properties, Screen Savers section by copying the program to your Windows directory. You can then right-click on the desktop, choose properties and click on the Screen Savers tab. Scroll down the list of Screen Savers until you get the PIMSaver. You can click on Settings to configure the screensaver.

When PIM Saver is running pressing F2 will open your Timex software, while pressing F3 will launch PIM Plus (if installed). Pressing F4 will launchyour Internet Browser and take you here to our Internet Site.
