Photo Clock had a minor bug where clicking directly on the PM indicator actually caused the Weekday to appear depressed. The function worked correctly, but simply did not display correctly. This has been fixed, as well as site information updated in the program's default "no image" screen. ... ITS FREE! Have Fun! Photo Clock is a clever little program which functions as an analog desktop clock. It is fully functional Freeware, and no payment is required to use the software. You can use your own image as the background to the clock. The image can be any size*, and any shape. The clock will then size itself to suit your image. You can even configure the clock to suit your preferences. Features include:
As the clock is fully configurable, and is based on an image which you supply, it is impossible to display it meaningfully here. Below is the default appearence, without background image, as downloaded. Please note that the web address does not show when you supply a picture, only when there is no background image to display:
The program comes with a full help file, with detailed instructions on its use. The software has been programmed as a "desk sitter" and therefore does not show itself in the TaskBar, nor does it have a TitleBar, although you can move the software on screen by dragging the provided window drag handle (fully explained in Help). You can press F1 for full details on use of the software. The software assumes you have the standard Windows WingDings Font on your system. * The image is best displayed when it is larger than 150 pixels square, as the clock cannot size itself smaller than this. If the image is smaller the 150 pixels wide or tall, then the software will attempt to center the image behind the clock display. Clearly the image should also not be larger than your display will permit. This read-in only occurs if the software is present. If you do not have the Timex software on your system, then the feature will simply not be present. If you experience any difficulties getting the software to run, we recommend you download the System Files. You can download the files below (SysFiles.zip) and include these files in the same directory as FreePlay. These files are the same for all of our software (i.e. you only need to download them once). PLEASE NOTE: the program is a 32-bit application, and as such will not run on anything previous to Win95.
