In order to make our software
available to both home and business users, two
registration keys are possible. One of these is for "Personal Use" copies of
the software, whereas the other is for open
"Business Use" of the software. In this
fashion we have set up online payment, where you are able to purchase your
unique Personal Use Code, at the personal use
rate, or the Business Code at the business rate.
Differences
between the levels are set out below:
Business Use
- Business Use
code gives you license to use the
software for an unlimited number
of CDs for the company/ person to which
it is registered.
- Shareware
reminder dialogs NEVER come up.
- The software
NEVER displays the text over images.
- You can use
the software for CDs which will be sold,
or used for other business purposes.*
- We will
register a company name or an
individual's name for Business Use. (We
do not register to "User Names"
or "Nick Names".)
- We will
support you (via email) as much as we can in your use
of the software.
- You are licensed to use the
registration code (for authoring) on one computer only,
for use on additional computers additional licenses must
be purchased. A discount of 15% is available for purchases
of 3 or more of the same program (at the same level) at a
time.
Personal Use
- Personal Use
code gives you license to use the
software for an unlimited number
of CDs for your own personal home or student use.
- Shareware
reminder dialogs NEVER come up.
- A personal use only notice
comes up for 1 second, which shows either "Personal Use Only" or your
name (alternating between). Our newer applications do not alter your menu but
show (in white text) "Personal Use Only" or your
name in the banner which shows "unregistered
user" in the trial version. In our other applications
this comes up in very small text in the
lower right corner of the main graphic area of your menu
in a random color over your image.
- You are not
authorised to use the software for CDs
you use for company or business purposes
or CDs which you will sell.*
- We will
not register a company name for
Personal Use. (We also do not register to
"User Names" or "Nick
Names".)
- We will

Unregistered
Use
- Unregistered
Use gives you the ability to try our
software to see if it suits your requirements.
- There is a
10% chance a dialog will come up,
reminding you that the software is
shareware and giving you a chance to
visit our site to register. That means
that 90% of the time the CD will
"Autorun" as you want. This
will continue to happen until the
software is registered.
- "Unregistered
Copy" comes up in small capitals in
the lower right corner of the main
graphic area in a random color over your
image.
- You are not
authorised to use the software for CDs
you will distribute, sell or use for either personal or business
purposes.
- We offer only
limited support to unregistered users, as
there are many many more unregistered
users than there are registered ones.
*
You are not authorised, under any condition, to
"onsell" our software. This means you
cannot purchase our software, and then create CDs
for or on behalf of other companies or individuals. This includes CD Authors, CD
manufacturing services and all electronic media.
The CDs must be made for the registered user
only. The software is licensed, not sold. This means you are a
licensed user of the software, and for another company or individual
to use the software then they must have license, in their name, to use
the software. This means that if you are a CD authoring service and
wish to offer our software to your clients, you must pay for and
register the software in the clients name if they choose to include it
