  All New Program! Free!!! (1.0)

FreePlay allows you to Autorun a CD whenever you wish. This can be handy if you have auto-insert notification turned off on your machine. It can also be useful for normal users who find themselves ejecting CDs just to get the initial Autorun menu to come up.

Want amazing graphics for your menu? Then try StyleSkin

FreePlay is FREEWARE. It is not menu software like our other CD Autorun software, FreePlay is a clever utility that simply starts the Autorun program on the CD as if you had just inserted the CD. This circumvents ejecting and retracting the CD tray to get the initial menu back up (believe me a lot of that goes on around here :-) ). Just unzip the package to a subdirectory, and then run it. The first time it is run it will prompt you for the drive letter of your CD-ROM drive (eg "E:"), and each subsequent time it will attempt to Autorun the CD in the drive. If no CD Autorun information is obtainable from the media, then you are informed, otherwise the program does not show itself.

The program shows itself if the CD has no autorun information.

This program can also be really handy if you have turned off the auto-insert notification on your CD drive (many CDR programs recommend this). A full help file is included with the program. You can view the help by opening the FreePlay.HLP file.

If you experience any difficulties getting the software to run, we recommend you download the System Files. You can download the files below (SysFiles.zip) and include these files in the same directory as the FreePlay. These files are the same for all of our software (i.e. you only need to download them once).

PLEASE NOTE: the program is a 32-bit application, and as such will not run on anything previous to Windows 95.
