Why doesn't my registration work? The program will not recognise it. If you are having problems getting the software to recognise your registration, try the following:

Make sure you enter the details exactly as we sent them to you. This is the name and number sent to you in our email.
Try copying (Ctrl+C) and pasting (Ctrl+V) the details to avoid errors.
Make sure you are only trying to use the registration code in the program you registered. Each package requires separate registration and a registration code for one will not work in another. This includes AUTOption and AUTOption Graphic, a registration key for one does not work in the other.
