I have lost my registration details, can you send them again? We get many requests from users who have lost their registration details. Please keep your registration details in a safe place, preferably burn it to a CD and store the CD safely!
We can send your registration details again, however please provide us with the exact name and email the registration went to, the program registered, and the approximate date you registered. Without this information we cannot resend your registration.
If you have changed your email address, then please provide the address you entered on the order for verification. Without this we will not send your registration again.
