I have registered for Business Use, can I create CDs for other companies? Our software is licensed, not sold, to registered users. You can create as many CDs as you wish with the software, but you are not allowed to onsell the software to other companies, individuals or clients. Onselling means that you are registering the software once, and then selling (or providing for free) the software to others, for their benefit.
As an example, if you were producing a catalogue of your products, then you need only register our software once and you can produce/ distribute as many of your CDs as you wish. However, if a client comes to you and you create a CD on his behalf, say a catalogue of his company's goods, then you cannot simply give him our software, he has to purchase it himself. Once he has purchased it he can make as many CDs as he likes, or he can have you make them on his behalf. You are simply providing an authoring service, but he will own the CD. In order to use our software he needs license to do so.
If you wished to offer our software to your clients, who came to you to create their CD, then you would have to register the program on the client's behalf. You would only have to do this once (for each client), as that particular client has the rights to make as many CDs as they wish with the software they have license for.
