How long will it take for my registration to come through? RegSoft usually only takes a couple of hours to process online orders. While the email which is sent to all purchasers from RegSoft states registration may take up to 24hrs, this is not true in our case. Our registration system is completely automatic, and orders are processed usually within minutes of receiving them from RegSoft.
Please note that if you do not receive your registration promptly it is almost always either of two things. If there is a significant delay, then RegSoft may have a problem with your credit card, or the details you have entered. If they cannot verify the credit card, they should get back in touch with you as soon as possible. Short delays can also be experienced when orders are placed at night, as our system must be turned on for orders to be processed.
