My CD does not work on any computer which has the CD at a different drive letter.

If your CD works for you, but not for anyone who has the CD at a different drive location, then you have entered the drive letter in your command. Do not enter ANY drive information in the Command, it should be in the format:

\DirectoryOnCD\MyFile.xxx

If the file was in the root, it would simply be:

\MyFile.xxx
