The program comes up, but it does not launch my program/ document correctly. Check that you have entered the command correctly. Make sure that the path is accurate and you have not made any spelling mistakes.
Make sure you have followed the format described in the program's Help fully. In general the format to open a document is:
\DirectoryOnCD\MyDocument.xxx
Make sure you do not enter any drive information (i.e. drive letter or colon), or any other information before the leading backslash. Make sure you have entered backslashes "\" not forward slashes "/".
