When I press Save or Finish I get "Permission Denied" and the program exits/ crashes, why?

The reason this occurs is usually the files have been written to a CD, and then copied back off the CD. When files are written to a CD they are marked as "Read Only" which means that you cannot write to them, hence when you try to save your settings an error occurs.

In order to overcome this simply right-click on the files, select Properties, uncheck Read Only, and press OK. You can now edit the files.
