FAQ and Trouble-Shooting

On some computers I get an error message saying Windows cannot find the autorun software, but not all. Why?

This can be caused by modifying the autorun.INF file. If you do choose to modify the file you must strictly conform to the original format. The contents should look something like:

[autorun]
open=AUTOptn\AUTOptn.exe
icon=AUTOptn\Gen_CD.ico

Note the lack of any drive letters or leading slashes in the above.
