This all new Button Puncher has been developed as a companion application to our Autorun Maestro. :

Button Puncher is an application which is free to registered users of Autorun Maestro! This great little utility can quickly create any number of buttons for use in your menus. Simple to use, yet powerful enough to be an invaluable part of a CDR author's toolbox, the Button Puncher creates buttons from a list of your captions (a simple text file). It creates images for the Normal (up), Active (selected), and Down positions and saves them according to your captions and in the format required by Autorun Maestro. There are ten different button styles to choose from. The program allows you to fully format the position, font, style, size and color of the text. It will even automatically center the text on each button if you wish!
